What is the patient portal and how does it work?

Patient Portals East Tennessee Children's Hospital and its affiliated practices provide easy and private patient portal access to your child's medical records online. If your child is or has been a patient at Children's Hospital or one of our affiliated pediatric practices, you can view their information online whenever you want.

Children's Hospital Patient Portal

If your child has been to the hospital for tests or treatment, you may have already received an email with a link to the portal.

Affiliated Practices Patient Portal

To enroll, call the office practice and provide a personal (non-work) email address to become an approved user of that practice's patient portal.

We are here to help get you enrolled. Submit an online request or call us at (865) 374-5260, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. If you are asked to leave a message, we will call you back as soon as we can during business hours.

Medical records prior to July 2018

Hospital records from before July 2018 can be obtained by calling Covenant Health Information Management at (865) 374-5269.
