  • We accept most major insurances. Each visit will be pre-certified before your arrival to make sure that it will be covered by your insurance. If you have any questions about pre-certification, please call our pre-certification coordinator at (770) 922-0505 x 263. You will be required to produce proof of insurance at eachoffice visit.
