How do I access my Duke MyChart?

What is Duke MyChart?

Duke MyChart offers personalized and secure online access to portions of your medical records. It is an online tool that enables you to manage and receive information about your health. With Duke MyChart, you can: Schedule and cancel medical appointments.

Is there an app for Duke my chart?

The Duke MyChart app is available for iPhone and Android. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or need urgent medical care, call 911 immediately, or, go to your local emergency room.

How secure is my chart?

How is MyChart secure? We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through secure access codes, personal IDs, and passwords. Each person controls their password, and the account cannot be accessed without that password.

Does Duke take Medicaid?

Tap Add a document or Image to upload an image or document for your upcoming appointment. You will need to have image or document files on your mobile device. If you do not have images available, you will have the option of capturing images or documents using your mobile device during the upload process.

What is MyChart username?

I forgot my Username. How do I find out what it is? Click on the "Forgot MyChart Username?" link on the MyChart login page. When prompted, enter your name, the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and your date of birth to receive your Username by e-mail.

Duke University Hospital, Department of Radiology is pleased to offer patients contactless transfer of radiology images. Patients may request images to be sent to their homes or to the physician’s office.

UPLOADING YOUR IMAGES FROM AN OUTSIDE HOSPITAL TO DUKE HEALTH

Tech-savvy patients who already have their images on CD or flash drive may upload their images to Duke. Please contact the Radiology Image Library Manager at (919) 684-7689 or a Team Lead at (919) 684-7266.#N#We can create a “temporary” account in Duke Powershare to allow you to upload your images.
