How secure is MyChart?

Is MyChart secure? Yes. MyChart is a secure online account, which means your health information is safe and protected. MyChart access is permitted only to authorized users who have been verified through an activation process.

Would my blood type be in my medical records?

Getting transfusions, certain medical conditions, certain medical history…all of it can affect antibodies and sometimes even change your blood type. Your file may not actually show what your blood type is. If they've never had a reason to have that test done, they wouldn't have it on your file.

What is MyChart username?

I forgot my Username. How do I find out what it is? Click on the "Forgot MyChart Username?" link on the MyChart login page. When prompted, enter your name, the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and your date of birth to receive your Username by e-mail.

What is MyChart OHSU?

MyChart gives you easy online access to your lab test results and medical history at OHSU. You can log on to communicate with your OHSU health care team, request an appointment, pay your bill online or manage your child's or family member's online medical records.

UPLOADING YOUR IMAGES FROM AN OUTSIDE HOSPITAL TO DUKE HEALTH

Tech-savvy patients who already have their images on CD or flash drive may upload their images to Duke. Please contact the Radiology Image Library Manager at (919) 684-7689 or a Team Lead at (919) 684-7266.#N#We can create a “temporary” account in Duke Powershare to allow you to upload your images.
