Duke MyChart is an electronic medical record patient portal that offers personalized and secure online access to portions of your medical records. The Duke MyChart secure website and app also makes it easy for you to schedule appointments, participate in video visits, pay your bills, and send a message to your doctor’s office when you have non-urgent medical needs.
If you have any questions about Duke MyChart, please call Duke Customer Service at 919-620-4555 or 800-782-6945 between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ET Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday or 8:00 am - 4:00 pm ET Thursday. Transactions processed via Duke MyChart bill payment system may be eligible for a refund, if applicable.

We are writing to advise you that Duke University will revise its COVID-19 vaccination policy to require all faculty and staff to have a COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment.
Dear students, Please pay careful attention to this email message, which was sent to faculty and staff from the Provost and VP Cavanaugh with COVID guidance.
All Duke University students, faculty and staff must submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination or have an approved medical or religious exemption. Unvaccinated individuals must continue to wear masks and participate in regular surveillance testing until further notice.
If you received the COVID-19 vaccine outside of the Duke Employee/Student vaccination clinic (e.g. pharmacy, health department, other institution), please submit your completed vaccination card using the links below so your records can be updated accordingly.
All students, faculty and staff are now eligible for the COVID-19 vaccination.
Students, faculty and staff can now check to ensure their vaccination status has been recorded by Student Health or Employee Health by logging in to the secured Status Check website. If your documentation has not been recorded, you can upload#N#(link is external)#N#an image of your completed vaccination card.
