What is LiveWell with Advocate Aurora Health?

In April 2018, Advocate Health Care in Illinois merged with Aurora Health Care in Wisconsin. Together, as Advocate Aurora Health, we've created a combined patient portal experience.

For Advocate patients

MyAdvocate and Dreyer MyChart are now LiveWell with Advocate Aurora Health.

For Aurora patients

You can think of LiveWell with Advocate Aurora Health as an expanded myAurora. Now people who see providers at Advocate Health Care facilities have access to the same electronic health record system you've been using for years – this means you have access to a whole new level of care in Illinois, too.

Getting started with LiveWell with Advocate Aurora Health

The LiveWell with Advocate Aurora Health app or website (formerly the MyAdvocateAurora website) makes it easier than ever to manage your health and access the care you need, when and where you need it. You'll be able to message your provider, manage appointments, refill prescriptions, conduct virtual visits and more.

Test results

In compliance with the 21st Century CURES Act, Advocate Aurora Health is making most laboratory and imaging results as well as provider notes available shortly after completion through LiveWell.

Billing

Get a free cost estimate to see a combination of your potential out-of-pocket costs for both hospital and professional services. To get the most accurate estimate, have the location you’ll receive the service and your current insurance benefit information on hand.

Medications & prescriptions

Online prescription refill requests will be sent to the provider who ordered the prescription. Then you'll be notified when your request has been accepted.
