She cares, she's professional, and she makes you feel comfortable regardless of the procedure. She's a doctor for the people - and that's a big plus!

Dr. Francke came highly recommended through a friend and she was booked six weeks in advance, but I will never know if she is a great doctor or not. Despite having confirmed the appointment, I was left in an exam room to wait well over an hour. I had to leave to return to work. No one bothered to call and follow-up to see why I left.
