Please note that every member of your family that is a patient of Dr Vigilar will need their own Patient Portal account, therefore they will each need a unique email address. Once you have set-up portal access, you will find two questionnaires in the portal – a SYMPTOM SCREENER and CLINICAL HISTORY FORM.

Frustrating and dismissive

I've been seeing Dr. Gonzales for some time now, and she doesn't seem to understand my problems at all. During appointments, I'll explain how I've been doing but it barely seems like she listens. She frequently suggests things that I've told her wouldn't work.

She was neglectful with treating my illness and came across as insincere. I was always rushed out of her office.
