I see Dr. Ross about 2 or 3 times a year. If it wasn't for his front office staff I would give him 4 or 5 stars. His front office personnel do not get paperwork referrals to specialists in a timely manner. Having to call them repeatedly for documents for the referral that Dr. Ross set you up with is unacceptable. They aren't as friendly as to be expected in an office setting. Their patient processing is like a cattle call. They have a board, tired, overworked demeanor when conversing with patients.
