The Portal is managed by your healthcare provider. To register for the Portal, your provider will send you an email with two links, one for registering and another for accessing the Patient’s Portal. The first link for registration will take you to the registration screen where you will be able to create your account.

Dr. Michael Schoenwalder

Dr. Schoenwalder has been a practicing, board certified Internal Medicine physician since 2005. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic medical degree from Des Moines University in 2002, finishing third in his graduating class. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis in 2005.
