Never have I seen such chaos in a "professional" setting. Had testing done, referred for MRI, had to come back to discuss results. Both experiences were an all day affair resulting in a lot of frustration and no real answers. Can't understand for the life of me how this place is still operating.

So this was my mother’s second visit to see this doctor. We were there for results on numerous test, when the doctor came in the room he only had 1 test results, so it was a mass confusion, he tried saying they never received the other results when they really had.
This place is horrible. Unorganized, the nurses are rude, the doctor is always in a hurry, and the nurses always come in during your 15 minute exam that you waited 2 hours for to talk to the dr about other patients.
I highly recommend Dr Murra to others. He is a highly personable and supremely knowledgeable neurologist. As others have alluded to, his testing procedures are quite extensive, so keep your calendar free on the day of the appointment. Dr. Murra was able to find 3 nerve compressions caused by a motorcycle accident.
