Our founder, Dr. Zachary Potts, DDS, comes from a family filled with dentists. His father, uncle, and brother are dentists, his grandfather was a dentist, and even his mother is a dental hygienist. Dr. Potts grew up immersed in the field of dentistry and knew from a young age that dentistry would be his profession of choice.

Dentistry With a Purpose

Dr. Potts is committed to not only providing the highest quality dental care available but also to erasing the negativity associated with going to the dentist. His goal is to change his patient’s outlook by making every experience at Moorpark Center for Dentistry positive, comfortable, and rewarding.

Outside of the Office

When not providing people in Ventura County with cutting-edge dental care, Dr. Potts enjoys dining, traveling, and spending time with his wife and three children, Jelina, Corbin, and Amelia. He also has two dogs, a cat, and enjoys television, movies, and collecting beer, wine, and fine whiskey. A family man, Dr.

I cannot imagine doing anything else with my life than being a dentist. It provides me the opportunity to spend quality time with my own family while allowing me to do the thing I love, which is to help children live healthier, more confident lives. I love making kids smile and watching them grow up with beautiful, healthy teeth.

About My Team

I could not practice dentistry successfully without the support of the wonderful group of ladies I have on my team. All mothers themselves, they understand the need to provide a nurturing environment in which to foster trust. We've created a fun, playful environment with cartoons, games, and a treasure chest for the kids after a successful checkup.

Outside the Office

I am a native of Texarkana and live here with my wife, Hollan, our children Reagan and Spencer, a dog named Frankie, and a rabbit named Honey. My free time is spent at the ball fields watching and coaching my kids in football, baseball, softball, and basketball. When we have time, we like to go to the lake. I am also a huge Razorbacks fan!
