If you are looking for a primary doctor for you or your parents, this is not the office. They just denied service to my mother because the office manager does not want to miss her lunch time. They are intransigent and rude. You can have the best product/service, but if you offer horrible customer service, you’ll be out of business soon! Please send these group of unprofessional to intensive training or recruit a new team that really care about patients. Your front desk staff can say a lot about your practice. They need more supervision for sure!!
