Poor front desk staff

Not very intelligent staff. I have a $25 dollar copay and pay it at the front desk before seeing doctor. Can’t seem to get anything right tell me next visit I didn’t pay them. Now this time they tell me I owe them $77. For what they said insurance didn’t cover. Really I can go anywhere else like the redi clinic and pay my copay.

I loved finding Dr. Whitely. I have been looking for a new Dr for a year since my Doc of 31 years moved to Washington State. The staff was so friendly and helpful and Dr. Whitely didn't just try to put me on drugs but helped with my earache and also helped with preventative solutions.

Disgusted

I am totally disgusted by the fact that the staff is eating full plates of food at their desk almost every time I come in for an appointment. Not only is it rude but what are they thinking?? What about all the sick people coming in there? What about some who is contagious? Gross!!!

Unfortunately a very bad experience

I was treated very poorly by the nurse and staff during a time I was having a panic attack. They wanted me to get on the scale and Dr. Whiteley refused to see me until I would get on the scale. I ended up leaving in tears.
