Dr. Meyer attended Texas A&M University before receiving his medical degree from Tulane University.He finished his residency in obstetrics and gynecology in 1978 at Scott and White Hospital in Temple, Texas. In 2007, the doctor moved his practice to Uvalde, Texas.
