How to set up a child's e-mail account?

How to Set Up An Account: 1 To obtain a username and password, please provide your email address to our office staff. You can do this by calling our front desk staff or at your next appointment. 2 You will receive an email from the portal with your username and password. You will then receive an email for each of your children letting you know that you have been granted access to their account. 3 Once your account is set up, you can access the portal directly from our website or through the Healow app.

What is proxy access?

Patient privacy is extremely important to us, so we have developed a policy around parents' and guardians' access to their child's patient portal that follows state and federal laws. Using the patient portal to view another patient's information is called proxy access.
