In 2010, I joined Dr. Lili’s and have worked all front-office positions at some point in my years of experience.

I joined Dr. Lili’s office in 2006. My role as a treatment coordinator is to educate our patients about orthodontics and help them choose a treatment plan that fits their individual need. The best part of my job is watching our patients glow after their braces come off. I love socializing with patients and getting to know them better at each visit.

My name is Vanessa Tellez. I’ve been a part of Dr. Lili’s team since 2007. I was hired as a receptionist and have since been promoted to various positions. I’ve been lucky to have experience positions with in our team as a biller, financial adviser, customer service representative, and helping train our front office team.
