GREAT doctor!!

I accompanied my husband to his office visit with Dr. Birnbaum. It did take us 5 weeks to get the appointment, but it was well worth the wait. I called several times to see if I could move up the appointment, and I was always treated with respect and never was left to feel that I was bothering anyone. My husband was sent for a biopsy.

Wonderful, kind, caring doctor! However, the staff is rude and obnoxious. They refuse to relay information to the doctor nor do they return calls. You're always put on hold & left holding unt the call disconnects. The nurse is fresh & obviously doesn't want to be there.
