This review is coming from someone who was a patient of Dr. Chason's as a child, then again as a teenager, and now has the privilege of working with him as a colleague. I personally don't put much stock into online reviews because people are either thrilled and write a review or thoroughly upset and write a review...and more often the latter. Dr.

Never going back staff was unfriendly and Dr Jay way just in a rush worst pain EVER!!!! They overcharge and don't check your insurance they just assume what your coverage is

Traumatized

After he was done brutally stabbing my face with novacain, he proceeded to dig my 2 molars before I was numb. He insisted iwas just feeling pressure but I'm pretty sure iwas in abetter position to make that call. I was in excruciating pain and he ignored me.
