Arrogant and full of himself

My kids and I were one of Dr Heslin's first family patients when he first opened his storefront office in Saugerties. We are saddened to have watched a once caring and congenial physician change into an arrogant and pompous person.

One Star

Dr. Heislin belittled and told me off as he broke the news to me about a difficult medical problem that I would have for life. He was subbing for my regular doctor in an emergency and rushed and confused me.
