Buyer Beware!

Dr. Carlson's office charged me $170 for a Q-tip!!! Dr. Carlson used a Q-tip in one of my ears to remove a small amount of wax so he could see into my ear better. Apparently this is considered a medical procedure. This 'medical procedure' was performed on me without me being informed that this would be an additional cost.

Overall great doctor and staff

Every single appointment I've had at Dr. Carlson's was amazing. He never once was rude nor acted like he didn't care but just the opposite. I've had bad experiencs at Shands ENT but Dr. Carlson's is by far the best doctor I've had. His staff is very caring and everybody in his office shows they care about the paitents no matter race nor color.
