While in service, Dr. Daitch was drawn to the emerging field of Interventional Pain Management. After completing advanced training and skill levels, he attained Board Certification in Pain Management and Pain Medicine; one of the first 150 physicians in the world to achieve this.
For over twenty years, Dr. Daitch has dedicated his career to helping individuals regain comfort and ease of movement. He and each member of his team understand the impact that pain has on the lives of patients and their families.
Dr. Daitch has been recognized as a UroLift Center of Excellence. After receiving his medical degree from Harvard Medical School, Dr. Daitch completed his urology residency and surgery internship at the Cleveland Clinic.

Selective Nerve Root Injection – Local anesthetic and steroid are injected under fluoroscopic guidance along the exiting spinal nerve root to treat sciatica. Spinal Cord Stimulation – Scar tissue that forms after back surgery can cause leg and back pain. To reduce the pain, a spinal cord stimulator can be implanted.
Spinal Infusion Pump – Cancer pain that is unresponsive to other medications and treatments can be more comfortable and have better pain control with this implant that dispenses morphine or Prialt directly into the spinal canal.
Most procedures are performed in a fully-equipped ambulatory surgery center (ASC), which is located in the same building as our pain management office. Our ASC provides patients the option to be given general anesthesia. This also eliminates the additional time, inconvenience, and expenses involved when these procedures are performed at a hospital.
If the pain is not reduced or eliminated, a procedure called radiofrequency may be recommended. This often provides pain relief for up to two years. Other procedures available are epidurals and transforaminal epidurals.
