Dr.Shughrue is very medically knowledgeable in which she treats the whole person, and takes the time to be caring even while maintaining the demands of her office. I have notice that her staff is doing the best they can with overwhelming demands of her office because she is forever growing.

Office staff

I have been calling to schedule 2 people for new patient since we havent been in few years. Everytime i call, I have been put on 15 to 30 mini holds. Then after holding for so long i get told we are short staffed and asked if i would like a call back. I never get a call back. I called 3 times last week multiple times and never get called back.

Super Rude Satff

I've seen Dr Shughrue for years but I am DONE!!!! Her staff is very rude. They are not helpful over the phone or in person.
