How do I sign in to the clinic?

If you currently have an appointment with Dr. Burroughs or Britt no need to worry, your appointment time and day will stay the same, you will now enter at the physician clinic side of Glen Rose Medical Center 1021 Holden St. Suite 200 (Dr. Hutchinson’s old office). Patient Forms

Are you scheduled for your first appointment at Springs Aesthetics? Now you can complete our patient forms at your convenience and bring them with you. This saves you time and allows you the chance to find information about your medical history, insurance, points of contact and other key medical information.

Out of Town Guests

Dr. Burroughs is sought out from patients across the country and even beyond, so we offer specialized services for out of town guests who are traveling for their consultations, treatments and procedures. Our staff are here to help in any way that they can with with your travel and accommodations for your procedure.

Hours of Operation

We are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm daily, we only are open on Fridays from 8:00am to 12:00pm. We also have a $150 consult fee. Occasionally we have extended hours and one Saturday a month. Please call our office for dates and details.

Intake Forms

Before your first appointment, please download and print the following simple intake forms and bring the completed forms with you. We will also need to make a copy of your photo ID and medical insurance cards, if applicable, so please bring these with you.
