The first phase in our 3- step process. This is all about getting to the root cause of your health concerns. This is where our team gathers a very in-depth health history to determine what functional testing needs to be done in addition to examining your current diet and other lifestyle factors that will help us develop a personalized plan for you.
The implementation phase. In this phase our team supports you while you reclaim your health through a process of applying nutritional changes & correcting nutrient deficiencies, balancing hormones, working through a detoxification process, healing your digestive tract (gut healing) and incorporating mind/body exercises for stress management.
Our third and final step in our process is all about co-creating your long-term lifestyle plan. Though this program is intended to build a healthy foundation for you, our ultimate goal is to put practices into place that you can count on moving forward. This will be instrumental in maintaining your new found level of health.
