About Me

Ayodele Ayoola is Board Certified in hematology, oncology, and internal medicine. He earned his medical degree at St. Matthews University School of Medicine, and completed his residency at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

Why I chose to pursue a career in medicine

I grew up in a family in which members ventured into many different professions. This gave me an early opportunity in life to really evaluate many professions; I gravitated naturally towards health care. My interest became stronger with age, later expressed to a physician mentor who guided me in the early process of pursuit of medicine as a career.

What I want my patients to know about me

I derive great joy in treating kidney diseases, as well as in the difference that care makes in the lives of my patients. My most important goal during your visit is to make sure you walk away with great satisfaction, knowing that the reason for your visit has been thoroughly addressed.

What I do when I'm not seeing patients

I spend time with my family, and I am an avid sports fan, I like soccer, basketball and football.
