Dr. Brian Horn graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, School of Osteopathic Medicine in 1997. He completed his residency program through the John F. Kennedy Memorial Health system in Stratford NJ and Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center in Camden NJ in 2000. Upon competion of the program he joined Dr.

Dr. Andrew Willet is one of the founders of SouthSide Family Practice in 1995. He went to Franklin and Marshall College, then Jefferson Medical College. After a family practice residency in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, he worked in a community health center near Waynesburg, PA.

Allison Ford graduated from Clemson University in 2005 with a bachelors in Biological Sciences. She then attended Arcadia University where she earned her masters in Medical Sciences in 2007 and became certified to practice as a Physician Assistant. Soon after graduating she joined Southside Family Practice where she has continued to practice.
