Since Dominion Women’s Health, Inc. appreciates that everyone’s time is valuable, a fee of $10 for current patients & $20 for new patients will be charged for any appointment that is Not canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment or “No Show”. This fee is due immediately upon occurrence.

That means, we are here for you while you beginning with a young woman’s first well-woman visit and carries on through her childbearing years, menopause , into post-menopause. The special bond that we have with our patients starts at your first appointment.

What do you bring to a doctor's appointment?

All patients, new and established, should always bring the following to your appointments: Current health insurance card and photo ID. Preferred form of payment. Information about any changes in the medications you’re taking, or stopped taking, including over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and herbal supplements.

What is the physician on call?

A physician is on call 24 hours a day. In an emergency after regular office hours, call the main number and the answering service will contact the physician on call to help you. If it’s a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
