How do I access information from the previous patient portal?

Previous Portal Users will need to create an account with MyHealthHome in order to continue accessing their personal health information. Information contained in the previous patient portal can still be accessed by contacting your local hospital. Click here for information on how to do that.

How do I create an enrollment account with Detar healthcare?

What is MyHealthHome? MyHealthHome is a free, secure online patient portal that gives you access to your health information anytime, day or night. The new patient portal is powered by MphRx.

How can I access my child’s or other family member’s health information? If you are interested in MyHealthHome access for your child (ren) or an adult for whom you are legally responsible and that individual is a patient, you will need to request access via the instructions here for information on how to grant access to a designated caregiver/guardian..

Privacy & Confidentiality

Will my portal information be secure? Yes. MyHealthHome uses a secure, encrypted connection and all health data is stored on a secure server. Personal and medical information in the MyHealthHome portal remains confidential. Only you – and those you authorize – are able to see or gain access to the information in your portal.

How many visitors can an inpatient have?

All inpatients may have two (2) , healthy adult visitors in the patient room during the posted visiting hours.

Who performs hand hygiene?

Hand hygiene should be performed by the patient/resident and the visitors before and after contact. Facilities might need to limit the total number of visitors in the facility at one time in order to maintain recommended infection control precautions.

Where are self screening stations posted?

Self-screening stations are posted at the hospitals’ entry points , and everyone entering MUST stop at these stations to take their temperature before proceeding. All visitors are expected to adhere to the following safety measures:

Who attends pediatric ICU?

Pediatric and neonatal ICU patients may be attended by the primary caregiver and one (1) additional healthy adult caregiver.

Can you coordinate virtual visits?

We recognize staying in touch with patients is important, and we can gladly coordinate virtual visits when possible. We also encourage you to call, FaceTime, Whatsapp or other social chat applications to connect with your loved ones via their personal devices.

Do you wear PPE when visiting patients?

Visitors will wear appropriate PPE while visiting patients who are positive for COVID-19
