Does DePaul accept Medicaid?

All DePaul Community Health Centers proudly accept Commercial Insurance, Medicaid and Medicare .#N#Patients that qualify for our sliding fee scale will be required to pay between $35 and $95 for medical and behavioral health visits (depending on your financial status). Dental patients will be required to pay $55 for an initial exam and screening and other services will be provided at the cost identified. Patients will qualify for a discount if they meet the income requirements and provide the appropriate documentation (listed above). Payment is expected at the time of the visit. Additionally, all reference labs and invasive procedures will have a separate fee that must be paid prior to the lab or procedure. Please note that reference labs are labs that we send to an external company (such as Lab Corp or Quest Diagnostics).
