How do I do the peds online developmental assessment?

DVPA Patient Portal DVPA families may now access to their children's medical records through our convenient, secure patient portal. In order to gain access to the portal, parents or guardians must physically come to our office with a valid photo ID. Once you have signed the necessary paperwork, we will give you your userID and a temporary password.

TELEHEALTH INFORMATION

Beacon Pediatrics offers TELEHEALTH visits with your provider on a daily basis. These visits can be done for many sick visits, rashes, pink eye, colds, ADHD med checks, depression, anxiety. We can not do them for well child visits/check-ups. Call 302-645-8212 for questions or to schedule an appointment.

COVID 19 VACCINATION

Beacon Pediatrics is offering COVID vaccine to our patients 12 years of age and older and their families as approved by the FDA and State of Delaware. We offer the Pfizer vaccine which requires 2 doses separated by 21 days. The vaccine is safe and effective in preventing severe COVID-19 disease and hospitalization.

Your child’s safety is our priority. We want to ensure our well children stay well and we want to continue to provide care for our children that are sick. To that end we have instituted the following in our office:

Closed Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day

If you are looking to go to the website to do the PEDS (the online developmental tool), click on the link www.forepath.org/portal . Please do this developmental assessment several days to a week prior to your child's 9 month, 18 month and 30 month well child checks.

Insurance cards and picture IDs are required at all visits. These are insurance and legal requirements

We are happy to offer the Covid-19 vaccination to members of our community when we have it available. Please refer to the Covid-19 information below for the latest and most up to date information. Please do NOT schedule an appointment if you are not meeting the current criteria for the vaccine.
