A guiding principle of Daily Planet Health Services is our belief that ALL should have access to quality health services regardless of their financial, housing, citizenship, or insurance status. Our philosophy is that healthcare is a right for all and not a privilege for the few.
To view and download the results of a COVID-19 test, click here or access via the patient portal. Current Patients. If you are a current Daily Planet Health Services patient or are currently experiencing homelessness and have any of the symptoms of COVID-19, please call us.
The primary patient populations served by Daily Planet Health Services are people experiencing homelessness or housing instability, people living in or around public housing, and people living with HIV.
When you arrive at Daily Planet Health Services as a first time patient you will be asked to fill out a Patient Registration/Financial Screening form. The cost for services is determined during the financial screening process. A sliding fee scale ( available here) is used for those who qualify.

DPHS offers a Sliding Fee Discount for patients living at or below 200% of the poverty level. See the Sliding Fee Discount Program Eligibility Notice and Requirements for more information.
It is the policy of the Daily Planet Health Services (DPHS) to support and protect the fundamental human, civil, constitutional, and statutory rights of each person receiving its health care services. Furthermore, each patient shall be informed of his/her rights in the language that the client understands. This Schedule based on the federal poverty income guidelines and is determined by family/household and annual income.
Daily Planet Health Services’ mission is to provide accessible, comprehensive, and integrated quality health services to anyone regardless of their housing, financial or insurance status.
Payment is expected at time of service. If no payment is made, you may be rescheduled (not seen that day). Unpaid service fees will be billed to your account.
New patients and patients returning after one year or more must first go through Daily Planet Health Services’ Central Registration before receiving services.
