Slow and Confusing Clinical Software Dragging the Company Down

Better than average pay rate for a group practice. Lots of clients, I was pretty much full after a month from the start date.

Great first experience as a licensed therapist

Cyti has been a great place to grow and learn into the group practice realm. Admin is always friendly and communication is quick. Supervisors are readily available and referrals are consistent.

Flexible and independent

For the most part, I've been satisfied working as a therapist with Cyti Psychological. Most of the referrals you get are clients who are high functioning and motivated to change. The work schedule is very flexible and you are independent as you complete your work.

Work life balance

Amazing place to work with room for advancement and growth! Phenomenal staff and management. Family/community feel. Excellent benefits, opportunity, and growth potential.

Not as expected

It has been end up being more work than what was expected from the job description. I would not recommend other associates and counselors to work at the company.
