Cypress Physicians Association provides numerous medical services for patients for all ages. They include but are not limited to:
Insurance
We accept most major medical insurance. To find out if you are covered, please refer to our list of accepted insurance providers.
Policies
Most refills are given for a length of time sufficient until your next office visit. If you need to refill your prescription, have your pharmacy fax a request to our office at 281.537.0315. Refills are handled during regular office hours.
Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only. Please contact the office during routine business hours to schedule an appointment. Same day appointments are available for sick visits and sudden illness.
Telephone Calls
During office hours, phone calls are addressed in order of medical urgency. We make all efforts to return calls as quickly as possible. Messages left for the staff are checked continuously throughout the day. Please leave a phone number where you can be reached, and a pharmacy number if applicable.
