You can access the health dashboard by signing in with your CVS.com® account. What is the health dashboard? The health dashboard is a place where you can access your health records including COVID-19 test results and vaccination cards. You can also type in your symptoms and let us guide you to the right care options.
On the MyChart login page you can recover your MyChart username or password using the links labeled "Forgot Username?" or "Forgot Password?". If you are unable to recover your information using these links please call us at (320) 240-7897 between 8AM and 4:30PM Monday-Friday.
If we have your email address on file, then your MyChart username will be sent to your email account. If your email address has changed, please call MyChart Services at 1-855-551-6555.
Most people will get their result within 72 hours, but it can take longer. If you have symptoms of COVID-19 or had a positive antigen test, self-isolate (stay in your room) while you wait for your result.Jan 5, 2022
By the 10th day after COVID symptoms begin, most people will no longer be contagious, as long as their symptoms have continued to improve and their fever has resolved. People who test positive for the virus but never develop symptoms over the following 10 days after testing are also probably no longer contagious.
To reactivate your account, please contact the MyChart Customer Service Center 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays: submit an online form. After verifying your identity, we will give you a temporary password to use to login; you'll then be asked to create a new password.
If you experience error messages or other problems, please first try to upgrade your web browser to the latest version using the link below, close and reopen your browser, and then try to access the MyChart site again to see if that fixes the problem.
DEACTIVATION: Participation in MyChart is voluntary. Users may request deactivation of an account by contacting the MyChart patient helpdesk at (877) 768-0732. We reserve the right to deactivate or prevent a user's access to any or all MyChart features at any time for any reason.
