open the app and click “add health records” then search for Central Valley Medical Center, select it and click connect, After you log in once, your health records will start to appear in the Coral Health Records app, and you will be notified when new records are ready to view.

When will UVM health network be released?

On November 9, the UVM Health Network is launched its new and improved electronic health record system (EHR). As a result, you will need to activate your MyChart account to access your online health information. No new health information will be added to your existing patient portal after November 8.

How to accept MyChart terms and conditions?

Accept the terms and conditions by clicking Accept at the bottom of your screen. Choose your preferred communication methods for MyChart communications and alerts. Complete an additional security step the first time you log on and any time you log on from a new device.

When will MyChart be available?

MyChart became available to patients of most CVMC ambulatory departments and outpatient practices on November 9, 2019. MyChart is NOT replacing CVMC’s inpatient health portal—Meditech Central to Your Well Being—at this time.
