Patient Portal is a secure, online health management tool that allows Cumberland Healthcare patients to manage their health care 24/7. This information includes: Request and view appointments Schedule an appointment with your provider online for acute and chronic issues. (Please call Cumberland Healthcare to schedule annual physicals).

Access to the Portal is on your schedule, whether at home, on vacation, or at another medical office. Use the Portal from anywhere using your computer browser, smartphone or tablet. Manage information 24-7, without waiting. Please be aware that you may be viewing information that has not yet been seen by your physician.

You can provide information to your providers and keep your family informed at the same time. Give authorized family members access to your health information. Access health information online, versus over the phone or in person. Access health information such as: lab results, radiology reports, discharge instructions, health summary and more.

Dr. Mortensen has been practicing family medicine in Cumberland County since 1985, when she and her late husband, Dr. Edward Nemore established Cumberland Family Medicine Associates in Port Norris.

DR. BRIAN DAVIS

Dr. Brian Davis, DO, was born and raised in Millville, NJ. He is a graduate of Millville High School in 1991. He graduated from Haverford College with Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1995.

Kate Thompson has been providing primary care services at Cumberland Family Medicine since 2009. She has over 20 years’ experience providing comprehensive health services to adult and pediatric patients.
