Why is my CSUSM username/password invalid?

The CSU Health Network online portal allows CSU students to schedule appointments, access important health forms, secure messages, and more. Incoming students can login to the portal to submit immunizations records and complete forms. We use the student's eName and ePassword for authentication to this site.

All currently enrolled students who pay health fees are eligible to access services below. Additional fees may apply to specialty services, procedures, vaccines, medications, and supplies. Any services received off-campus are the financial responsibility of the student.

Immunizations & Vaccines

Students have specific immunizations requirements that must be met. Health services manages records and offers vaccines through the year.

How do I create an account?

Visit the login page for the client portal and click “Sign up…” Provide your first name, last name, and email address exactly as they appear on your client profile, then click “Sign Up.” If you are unsure which email address is registered with the Veterinary Teaching Hospital, contact the call center at (970) 297-5000.

What if I forget my username?

If you forget your username, select ‘Sign up’ again, fill out your information, and the portal will provide you with your username.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can view past and upcoming appointment information via the client portal, but to schedule a new appointment or cancel an existing appointment please contact the call center at (970) 297-5000.

How do I pay my bill?

From the client portal homepage, select the “Invoices” tab. Once you are on the Invoices page, click the “Make a Payment” button. Invoices can be paid online using major credit cards. To pay an invoice with CareCredit, you must pay through your CareCredit account.

How do I refill a prescription?

If you have prescription refills remaining, you can request a refill by selecting the “Prescriptions” tab from the client portal homepage and clicking the “Refill” button next to the prescription you want to refill.

Things to remember when using the Patient Health Portal: 1 Do not use the Health Portal for urgent or emergency issues. In an emergency, it is always recommended to dial 911. If you have something urgent, please call our office to schedule an appointment. 2 Only send messages regarding your own healthcare. You cannot use your Health Portal account to send messages about a family member or friend's health. 3 Please be sure to give us an accurate and current email address. Please update it with us if you change it. 4 Never share your log-in information with anyone. Keep your log-in information private and secure. 5 If you think someone has learned your password, you should promptly go to the Portal and change your password. 6 Never use a public, work or unsecured computer or Internet access 7 Always log out of the website and close the browser when you are finished with your portal session. 8 Do not store messages on your employer-provided devices (e.g. computer, cell phone, tablet, etc.); otherwise personal information could be accessible or owned by your employer 9 If you get an email from us, be sure to check your messages and act on any recommendations contained therein.

How to prevent measles?

The single best way to prevent catching the measles is to get vaccinated. The vaccine is safe and effective. If you have questions about the measles or the vaccine, make an appointment to be seen at the Student Health Center, and bring your vaccine record to that appointment or call 909-537-5241.
