The CSU Health Network online portal allows CSU students to schedule appointments, access important health forms, secure messages, and more. Incoming students can login to the portal to submit immunizations records and complete forms. We use the student's eName and ePassword for authentication to this site.

Visit the login page for the client portal and click “Sign up…”. Provide your first name, last name, and email address exactly as they appear on your client profile , then click “Sign Up.”. If you are unsure which email address is registered with the Veterinary Teaching Hospital, contact the call center at (970) 297-5000.
Invoices can be paid online using major credit cards. To pay an invoice with CareCredit, you must pay through your CareCredit account. To pay with cash or check, visit the Financial Services desk at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital or contact the call center at (970) 297-5000.
Documents are only available to view through the client portal once they have been finalized and approved. Access to documents that are not yet available through the client portal can be requested from Medical Records. Imaging studies and lab work are not available through the client portal and must be requested from Medical Records.
