The CSU Health Network online portal allows CSU students to schedule appointments, access important health forms, secure messages, and more. Incoming students can login to the portal to submit immunizations records and complete forms. We use the student's eName and ePassword for authentication to this site.

Documents are only available to view through the client portal once they have been finalized and approved. Access to documents that are not yet available through the client portal can be requested from Medical Records.
