What is the CSU Health Network online portal?

The CSU Health Network online portal allows CSU students to schedule appointments, access important health forms, secure messages, and more. Incoming students can login to the portal to submit immunizations records and complete forms. We use the student's eName and ePassword for authentication to this site.

Online Prescription Refill

You can now refill your existing Student Health Services prescription online using secure messaging.

Secure Messaging

As part of an ongoing effort to improve services at the Student Health Services, we began using secure messaging in order to provide a confidential and convenient method of communication regarding your health care. Secure messaging may be used by providers to provide general information, lab results or follow-up instructions.

Complete Health History Form

In order to enhance the level of service that we provide you, we request that you complete your patient history forms in advance of your appointment or visit to Student Health Services. You can fill out this form online through the Patient Portal.

If the activation link expires before you are able to complete your registration, restart the registration process to generate a new, one-time activation email. Once your account is activated, you can log in with your login/username and password via the login page.

How to make a deposit on a dental appointment?

To make a deposit, select the “Estimates” tab. Once you are on the Estimates page, click the credit card icon (under “Make Deposit”) next to the estimate for which you want to pay a deposit. Payment of your current account balance is due at checkout of your appointment or procedure.

How long does it take to get a credit after dismissal?

Additional charges or credits may be applied up to seven (7) days after dismissal. You will then receive a revised invoice and the additional charges will be due at time of receipt. To view the hospital’s full payment policy, reference the “Financial Consent” form provided to and signed by you at your veterinary visit.

Can you view a document through the client portal?

Documents are only available to view through the client portal once they have been finalized and approved. Access to documents that are not yet available through the client portal can be requested from Medical Records. Imaging studies and lab work are not available through the client portal and must be requested from Medical Records.
