What is the Crozer health hospital portal?

On November 2, 2021, Crozer Health will launch a consolidated patient portal, called HealthLink, for both inpatient and outpatient care. This technology allows us to have faster and more convenient access to our patients’ records wherever they go in the Crozer Health system and provide them with more efficient and effective care.

What is Crozer’s Patient Experience program?

Jan 24, 2018 · The Crozer Health Scheduling Portal allows any existing patient already enrolled in the health system to schedule routine mammogram appointments and DEXA bone density scans from the Crozer Health website. Patients can use the portal to request other imaging appointments, such as diagnostic mammograms, CT/CAT scans and MRI testing.

Can I access pastoral care services at Crozer health?

Patient Experience Department. Crozer Health’s Patient Experience staff (team) is available to assist patients when they need someone to advocate for them, listen to them, give them support, help with problem-solving and much more. Patient Experience staff are available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
