In compliance with the order from the Madison County Health Officer, all Creekside patients will be required to wear masks when visiting our office in all public areas, including exam rooms, beginning tonight July 7th, 2020 at 5p.m. The following exceptions apply: 1) children under 2 years of age 2) persons who have difficulty breathing with a mask due to a medical condition, 3) anyone having their nasal or oral passages physically examined by a doctor in an exam room 4) when communicating with someone who is hearing impaired and must see your mouth in order to communicate. Thank you in advance for helping us to maintain a safe environment for our patients and to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
