We are here to help get you enrolled. Submit an online request or call us at (865) 374-5260, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. If you are asked to leave a message, we will call you back as soon as we can during business hours.

Medical records prior to July 2018

Hospital records from before July 2018 can be obtained by calling Covenant Health Information Management at (865) 374-5269.

Claiborne and Cumberland Medical Center medical records

How to schedule a virtual visit?

To schedule a Virtual Urgent Care visit: Call 989.583.3135. To schedule a virtual visit with your healthcare provider: Contact your provider to see if they are offering virtual visits and ask to schedule an appointment. To access and prepare for your scheduled virtual visit: Virtual visits are accessed through your MyChart account.

Can I use MyChart for urgent care?

MyChart is not to be used for urgent medical needs. For medical emergencies, dial 911. Patients who have been admitted to Covenant may also set up access to MyChart to view their Covenant medical records. If you have login instructions from your physician's office or are a registered user, click here for MyChart.
