To register another person for The Corvallis Clinic Patient Portal, you must also have an account. To register: 1. Go to Create Account to display the Create Account page. 2. Select Patient’s family member under “Who will use this account?” 3. Enter the person’s information in the Patient Information section.
All Corvallis Clinic locations are open, including walk-in appointments at our Immediate Care Center. QuickCare-Albany is open seven days a week, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. We are taking extra precautions to ensure that our patients and staff are safe.
