Cornerstone Care is doing its part to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 as much as possible. That is why we offer COVID-19 testing and vaccinations without the need for a prescription or even health insurance. We collect our specimens on-site in testing locations throughout Southwestern PA, and send them to the local laboratories for testing.

Utilizing Cornerstone Care’s mobile dental unit, licensed dentists and hygienists visit local Head Start programs, schools, businesses and other community locations to provide dental screenings, exams and cleanings.

The staff includes a certified registered nurse practitioner and medical assistant. Services billed directly to your insurance company. Uninsured? No problem! Insurance assistance available. Reduced fees may apply for the uninsured.

As of 04/22/2020, we are offering COVID-19 testing to any new or existing patient. To schedule your test, please follow the instructions here.

Appointments

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for completion of new patient paperwork (HIPAA consent and medical history, etc) and ensure that you bring your up-to-date insurance card, a credit card, HSA or check for your out of pocket.
