What information can I find in the hospital patient portal?

At the hospital patient portal, you can access read-only medical information through our secure server. This includes educational materials, information on your current medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and lab test results. All information is pulled directly from your electronic health records.

How do I enroll in the patient portal?

To enroll in the patient portal, you must receive services at one of our locations. To create an account, you may self-enroll here. Alternatively, you may contact the location where you received care and tell them you would like to make an account. Registration requires an email and a valid ID.

Sliding Fee Scale

If you are uninsured or underinsured, you may qualify for our sliding-fee discount program. Our sliding-fee discount program allows patients who qualify to pay a reduced fee for many of the Health Center’s services.

Let’s face it. Life isn’t always easy. And sometimes you need someone to talk to. Our staff of behavioral health professionals are here for you. From depression to anxiety to personality disorders, we have someone who can provide support. We offer individual and group therapy as well as psychiatric evaluations, medication management and more.

Child and Family Guidance Services

Being a kid comes with its own set of challenges. From peer pressure and bullying, to abuse, anxiety and depression, kids face many issues that are tough to deal with on their own. And they shouldn’t have to. Our staff of behavioral health professionals is here to help.

Inpatient Detox

If you are ready to stop using drugs or alcohol, we are here to help you through the process. Our 26-bed, coed, inpatient detox facility, located at 232 Cedar Street in New Haven, provides the full-time medical care that you need to break your physical dependence on alcohol and/or drugs.

Geriatric Psychiatric Services

Older adults have special physical, emotional and social needs. To meet these needs, our Geriatric Medical & Psychiatric Clinic takes a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and treatment.
