What is the connect portal?

Connect is the patient portal, offering you personalized and secure online access to view portions of your medical records to manage your healthcare. Connect is a single portal for Columbia University Irving Medical Center, NewYork-Presbyterian, and Weill Cornell Medicine.

What is mycornellhealth and how do I login?

myCornellHealth is a web portal designed to facilitate confidential communication between Cornell Health and our patients and clients. (NOTE: myCornellHealth is not used by Cornell Health’s Occupational Medicine department.) Your will be asked to enter your Cornell NetID and password, and your birthday.

How do I pay my Weill Cornell Medicine provider bills online?

You can pay your Weill Cornell Medicine provider bills online through Weill Cornell Connect. Logging into Weill Cornell Connect also allows you to pay bills from Columbia and NewYork-Presbyterian, if you have received services from them.

If I forgot my password can I reset it myself?

Your hospital must be using one of the following practice management systems to request auto-fill integration: Cornerstone Software, AVImark Software, or ImproMed Infinity Software.

Am I able to upload images or records to CUHA rVet Connect?

Yes! On the final step of the referring process, you will have the option to attach records from your computer directly to CUHA rVetConnect.

Can I attach more than one document to the eReferral submission?

Yes, but you must add one attachment at a time. To do this, select the file you wish to attach then click the Upload button. This will successfully attach your file to the eReferral. Repeat this process for as many documents as you’d like.

Can I update a referral after it is already submitted?

When do records and reports show up on the portal?

Patient records & reports must be finalized by the DVM seeing the patient before they will upload to the portal. The portal syncs with our ezyVet software system daily to pull any new finalized patient records or reports. They are then uploaded into the portal to be able to view.

What do I do if I am unable to open a patient document within the portal for viewing or if it says pending?

Please notify us if you are unable to view a document that says it is open for viewing. If you notice documents saying that they are pending after 48 hours, please notify us so that we can ensure that the record is finalized and sent to you.
