When can my child access their own mycookchildren’s record?

If your child is 17 years old or younger, you will be granted full access to their MyCookChildren’s record. Once your child reaches age 14, they will be able to access their own MyCookChildren’s record, if approved by their parent/legally authorized representative and the provider.

To access our inpatient and outpatient Behavioral Health services, a parent/legal guardian should contact our staff of licensed clinicians in our Intake department. A parent or legal guardian is the only one who will be able to refer their child into our Behavioral Health Services department.
