What is Connally Memorial Medical Center?

Connally Memorial Medical Center is a licensed 44-bed acute care facility. The hospital offers a wide range of services for the members of the community of Wilson County. Connally Memorial Medical Center's 10-bed Emergency Department holds a Level IV Trauma designation.

What is included in the patient portals?

The patient portals for St. Peter's Health Partner provides you, our valued patient, online access to your health information from either an outpatient doctor's visit or an inpatient hospital stay. Health information may include blood test results, radiology results, your medical diagnoses, and more.

Can I still access my medical information from previous patient portals?

You can still access your historical medical information from our previous patient portals (athenahealth and MyHealth). However, you will only be able to view and read the information; you will not be able to communicate with your provider and no new information will be added. Need Help? Contact your doctor's office directly.

Why can’t I self-enroll in the patient portal?

If you previously established an account for online access to your health record and need to gain access to that account again, you will not qualify for self-enrollment. Click on the Patient Portal Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) link in the sidebar on the right for more information on recovering access to your health record.

The BCMH Physician Group use IQ Health for our patient portal. If you are interested in enrolling, just provide your email during your next visit or call. A link from IQ Health will be sent to your email. Just follow the easy prompts to finish your enrollment.
