TRACEY BOTHA, M.D

Tracey Botha, M.D. has been with CWH since 2005. Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa, she attended Florida State University, medical school at University of Florida and completed her OB-GYN residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital in Orlando.

SHEYNA CARROCCIO, M.D

Dr. Carroccio has been with CWH since 2009. Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, she graduated from Queens College in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a biology major and completed medical school as well as her OB-GYN residency at University of Florida.

KELLY CHAMBERLAIN, M.D

Dr. Chamberlain has been with CWH since 2008. A fourth-generation Floridian, she attended University of Florida, University of South Florida Medical School and completed her OB-GYN residency at Northwestern University in Chicago.

JULINE DEEN, M.D

From 2003 to 2007, Dr. Deen attended the University of Florida where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition. After graduation, she relocated to Tallahassee where she attended Florida State University College of Medicine and graduated in 2011. Returning to Gainesville, she completed her residency at UF Health.

JILL DELKER, M.D

Dr. Delker was born and raised in the Panama Canal Zone, where her father was an engineer. She attended the University of Florida, University of Miami School of Medicine and completed her OB-GYN residency training at UF. She then served as faculty in the OB-GYN department of UF.

HOLLY FORD, M.D

The oldest of three girls, Dr. Ford grew up in a small community in Missouri. She graduated with a BA in Biology from William Jewell College, and graduated from medical school at the University of Missouri in Columbia- where she also completed her residency and joined the faculty. Board-certified with over 10 years of practice experience, Dr.

ANN HATFIELD, M.D

Dr. Hatfield has been with CWH since 2014. Raised in Iowa, she graduated from the University of Notre Dame and lived in South Korea for a year as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar before attending Duke University Medical School. She completed her OB-GYN residency and became a faculty member at UF Health Jacksonville.

Do women's comprehensive health plans require a referral?

Women's Comprehensive Health Care providers participate in many managed care plans and see patients with government as well as traditional insurances. Some insurance plans may require that you obtain a referral from your regular doctor before your visit, if one of us is not your designated gynecologist.
